She has experience in direct care with all age groups and a substantial history managing intensive programs including a large staff.
Terri began her career here as a therapist with the REACH program in 1993, working with the chronically mentally ill adult population. During the time with this program, she gained invaluable experience working with adults with schizophrenia, bipolar, major depression, and numerous other serious mental illnesses. During this time, she also subcontracted with a DHS contractor to provide assessments for families looking to foster and/or adopt children through the Foster Pride/Adopt Pride program.
In 2000, she transitioned to our school-based program and was assigned to the Lake Hamilton School District where she worked with grades kindergarten through the twelfth grade. In 2015, she became the Hot Springs, Arkadelphia School Based Coordinator which covered 10 school districts at the time and was also simultaneously CASSP/SOC coordinator. In 2019, she again transitioned within the company and became the director of Children’s Intensive Services, also known as CLIMB. Terri continues in this capacity as she and her staff continue to expand the program.
