Community Jail Diversion Program
The Diversion Team is available to provide services to criminal justice involved individuals struggling with both co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
This program offers the following:
- Mental Health Services
- Substance Abuse Peer Support
- Forensic Peer Support with the Criminal Justice System
- Case Management Services
- Warm Line Information and Support
To qualify, you must have ALL 3 of the following:
- Criminal Justice Involvement
- Serious Mental Illness
- Co-Occurring Illness like Substance Abuse
The team’s goal is to address the needs of the client in order to promote overall wellness and reduce recidivism of criminal justice involvement. Referrals for this program can come from court officials, correctional staff, probation/parole officers, warm-line referrals, health providers, or self-referrals.
