Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness (OBHAW) proudly recognizes Susan Highsmith, Medical Assistant at our Hot Springs office, on her one-year anniversary with the organization.

Susan joined OBHAW in 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the clinical team. Her dedication to patient care, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit have made a meaningful impact on both clients and colleagues.
