OBHAW Went Over the Edge
Our CEO Susan Smith and Clinical Director Michelle Kveum rappelled down a six story building at "Over the Edge" in downtown Hot Springs for Jackson House Crisis Intervention, Inc.!
A total of $13,636 was raised through this year's event. It began as a soup kitchen and evolved into much more as the community’s needs arose. Today, Jackson House serves an average of 200 full lunches free every Monday through Saturday from 12pm to 1pm and the first Sunday of every month. It also gives 10,000 lbs. of groceries each month along with hygiene products, clothes, household items and basic needs for the people that live locally in Hot Springs with no government funding.
The Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness Daredevils raised $265! Thanks to those that supported this very worthy cause.
