Lynley Billingsley: Celebrating Five Years of Impact

Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness (OBHAW) is proud to recognize Lynley Billingsley, School-Based Services Coordinator, on her five-year anniversary with the organization.

Since joining OBHAW in 2020, Lynley has been a dedicated and influential team member, playing a key role in expanding and strengthening school-based mental health services across multiple districts. Her unwavering passion for client care and her deep commitment to the schools she serves have shaped her leadership style and elevated the entire program.

According to Michelle Kveum, Clinical Director at OBHAW, "Lynley has been a valuable member of OBHAW from day one. She has a fire for service to her clients and the schools she supports. She turned this passion into a leadership role, overseeing all the school districts to help other Mental Health Professionals experience success. She’s now working to create workflows that ensure the best possible service to our clients and our schools."

Through her efforts, Lynley has helped develop supportive systems for fellow clinicians, created more efficient processes, and maintained a clear focus on improving outcomes for both students and staff.

OBHAW congratulates Lynley on this important five-year milestone and thanks her for her continued dedication, leadership, and impact. The organization looks forward to many more years of growth and service with her at the helm of school-based initiatives.
