Kristie has been amazing with being transparent and open with us. She is always willing to help with whatever we need and is always there when we need to talk to someone.

Kristie has been so amazing at working to help streamline things better and balance some of the more redundant work that we have. She has a great way of turning a not-so-great day into a much calmer one, which has been wonderful.

She has always been 100% upfront with us and won't beat around the bush. She tells us what she expects from others and what we should expect from her. I like that she's like that because I want to know that who I'm working with is genuine and exactly who they are when they're not always around us. She makes sure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, which I really appreciate as well.

At the front desk, we consider ourselves a team and we just want to be able to be that way with the rest of the departments. Kristie has been amazing at helping to achieve that. In the end, we are all here to help each other and help the clients that come through.

The last few months have definitely been filled with a lot of transitions, but Kristie has always kept a smile on her face. She has been amazing with helping us and making sure that we have everything we need to be successful. I truly think that Kristie was meant for the role she's in and I love working with her.
