The Difference Makers of Hot Springs celebrated Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness' body of work and achievements on Friday, August 8, 2025 at its 5th Annual Hot Springs Community Health Banquet & Recognition Ceremony at National Park College, 101 College Drive, Hot Springs, AR.
