100 Families

Connecting families in crisis with resources

What is 100 Families?

100 Families is a collaborative, long-term support program that works with families who have children under the age of 18 and are experiencing multiple barriers such as housing instability, financial hardship, behavioral health needs, involvement with child-serving systems, or other challenges impacting family stability.

Rather than focusing only on crisis intervention, 100 Families provides ongoing support, goal setting, and coordination with community partners to help families move toward long-term stability. Families work closely with a Family Advocate who helps connect them to resources and supports while walking alongside them through the process.

Who does 100 Families serve?

  • Families with children under 18
  • Families who are willing to engage in ongoing support and follow-ups
  • Families facing multiple challenges that impact stability
