- HDHP Plan:
$2,500 Individual Deductible
$5,000 Family Deductible
Employee only coverage: $15.93 per pay period
- PPO Plan:
$2,500 Individual Deductible
$5,000 Family Deductible

OBHAW offers Dental insurance through Delta Dental with an Annual Individual Maximum of $2,500.

OBHAW provides basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through Symetra at no cost to eligible employees.
Full-time employees are provided 1x their annual salary, up to a maximum of $300,000, at no charge to the employee.
Employees are also offered the opportunity to purchase additional voluntary life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children. Cost is based on amount purchased and age.

These are not health insurance plans, but provide monies directly to the employee in the event of a hospitalization, critical illness, or accident.

OBHAW offers eligible employees the option of contributing to a 401(k) retirement plan through Vanguard. Full-time employees may participate in this plan beginning the 1st of the month following 6 months of service. OBHAW offers a discretionary matching contribution of up to 4% of the employee’s contribution and employees are always 100% vested in both their own and OBHAW’s contribution

Paid time off is important in the mental health care field. We want to ensure employees have access to the self-care they need, as well as work-life balance. OBHAW offers a generous PTO plan which includes 160 hour carry-over allowance. In addition, we observe up to 9 holidays annually and Educational Leave.
