Paid time off is important in the mental health care field. We want to ensure employees have access to the self-care they need, as well as work-life balance. OBHAW offers a generous PTO plan which includes 160 hour carry-over allowance. In addition, we observe up to 8 holidays annually and Educational Leave.
Annual carry-over allowance at anniversary: 160 hrs.
