OBHAW provides short-term and long-term disability benefits is available through Mutual of Omaha. OBHAW offers 60% of short-term disability premium costs.

OBHAW offers flexible spending accounts (FSA) that allow employees to save money pre-tax for medical expenses and/or childcare expenses. Employees can elect up to $2750.00 per year deducted from their pay check for qualifying health care expenses. At the end of the year, if you have not spent your dollars, you can roll over $500 to the next year.
