Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness recently named four local lawmakers Behavioral Health Champions for 2025. At a recent meeting of the OBHAW Board of Directors, Susan Smith, CEO, recognized Representatives Richard McGrew, Les Warren, Rick McClure, and Bruce Cozart for their support of five bills aimed at expanding treatment options, improving how Arkansans' access mental health services, and strengthening the mental health workforce.
